modify original Bonnie exhaust (mufflers)

Hi,

My girlfriend has a 2009 Bonnie 2009. She's wants to get rid of the scooter sound produced by the original exhausts (like a sewing machine!).
On the other hand she loves the 'design' of the original exhaust.
So is my question: is it possible to change the original exhaust in a way that it produces a beautiful sound but not TOO loud?
